The tutu can be custom made to fit her waist or you can pick a size from our size chart. Our tutu's are made with an elastic waist so she'll have lots of room to grow. You will not be disappointed with the fullness of this tutu. We use approx. 75-100 yards of tulle fabric so they are very full and very poofy.
