My Peppermint Pixie Tutu
This tutu is full of bright red and white tulle with a silky red ribbon tied at the waist. It is made in the pixie style (ends cut to a point) but can also be made with the regular straight cut ends. This tutu is very full and fluffy with 50-100 yards of tulle (depending on size). Perfect for those holiday pictures!
