Shipping TOP

Most of our items are handmade, custom made to your individual order. Tutu's and Hair Bows - Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day your order was placed for shipment of your order (it doesn't always take this long). Shipment time really depends on whether your tulle or ribbon choices are in stock. All tees, onesies and baby boutique items are dropship items and will be shipped directly to you from the designers place of business. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on all dropship items. We will contact you via email to update you on the details of your order and to give you an estimated date of delivery. If there is a concern about the time frame please contact us to make sure it can be accomplished, this normally is not a problem.

We ship all orders via USPS First Class or Priority depending on the size of the order. We also offer rush shipping, which is usually overnight through USPS Express Mail.

Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada.

Local pick up is available if you are near the Garland, Texas area. Select local pick up during checkout and you will not have to pay shipping charges. I will email you when your order is ready to make arrangements for pick up or delivery.

Sales Tax TOP

6.25% sales tax is charged only to orders sent within the state of Texas.

Return/Exchange Policy TOP

At Tutu Bowtique, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. We are happy to refund/or exchange defective items within 15 days of your purchase. Please note that all personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned. Shipping and handling is not refundable. For refund or exchange please contact me at bschlueter@tutubowtique.com.

Gift Certificates TOP

Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and must be redeemed in full at the time of use. May not be combined with any other certificates.

Your contact details are kept in our secure database for use only in processing your order and contacting you regarding your purchase or experience with our boutique.

How are your bows made? TOP

Each bow is hand made with top quality ribbon. The ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. Each fold of the bow is hand sewn - we do not use wire in our bows. Any embellishments added to bows or clips are secured with the best adhesive available. Although our bows and clips are made with superior quality, it is still important to never leave a baby unsupervised while wearing a bow or clip because some items do contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard.
